Funded Research Visits

Explore the Northwest Alliance! Outstanding researchers currently based in the United States are invited to apply for one of six fully funded research visits to the universities of Bremen and Oldenburg.

During your visit, you will explore potential career opportunities, meet leading researchers, experience our research environment, and discuss future collaborations.

We are looking for excellent researchers whose expertise aligns with one or more of our high-profile areas and who are interested in shaping the future of research and innovation in Germany.
